Please abide to the following formatting style carefully upon submission

1. The full paper should be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 250 words in a single paragraph with single spacing.

2. The authors must provide abstracts in ENGLISH LANGUAGE and BAHASA MALAYSIA.

3. The full paper must be typed in Microsoft Word and single-spaced. The full paper must use Times New Roman font 12. Margins are to be set at Normal (2.54cm all round) and paper size at A4 (21 x 29.7cm).

4. Submissions must be more than 5000 words but do not exceed 8000 words or 16 pages (Appendices and References included).

5. The full paper must contain the following elements: abstract, introduction, literature review, methods, results, and discussion, conclusion, references and acknowledgment

6. The of the full paper must be centered, bold, and capitalized. Likewise, if the main title has a subtitle.

7. Please capitalized, bold, italic, and left justified for the full paper’s headings.

8. Font size of the main heading and sub-heading should be 12.

9. Authors must use the APA style for any referencing purposes.

10. Please arrange the references in alphabetical order.

11. Manuscripts that do not adhere to this will not be considered for review.
